Our mentee programme is targeted at the African Youth and specifically for those strong-willed to make a difference in their chosen fields.

Our aim is to promote education and knowledge among the youths and train people in social skills, technical skills, soft skills and other areas that positively impact the society.

Mentees are matched to mentors who indicated same interests in their applications. The programme is based on the duration set for the particular training and agreed by the mentors and mentees.

We expect that every mentee at the end of the programme continually works on their skills and help others improve.
